Returns and refunds — The Bead Charm Studio

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

- Faulty or incorrect items: we’ll replace or refund.

- Change of mind: unused items in original condition may be accepted at our discretion; return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

- Custom / Payment Links / made-to-order work: non-refundable once work has started, unless required by UK consumer law.

- Bead scoops are mixed by hand; slight variation is normal and not a fault.
